Weekend Retreat to Longmeadow Farms

Join Ellie and Katie  for a restorative weekend of yoga, nature, and connection at Longmeadow Farms, a peaceful sanctuary nestled just north of the Poconos in Pennsylvania.

Step away from the noise of daily life and settle into a serene landscape of open fields, wooded walking trails, and a tranquil lake perfect for swimming, canoeing, and stand-up paddleboarding. The property also features an outdoor pickleball court for a bit of lighthearted fun.

Longmeadow Farms carries a unique artistic spirit. Once home to a family of artists, the property has been lovingly reimagined with the addition of 3 striking geodesic concrete domes; one stand-alone and two as part of the larger main house. Much of the furniture is handmade, giving each space a warm, creative, and deeply personal feel. The accommodations are cozy and thoughtfully designed to support rest and inspiration.

We'll gather Friday late afternoon and ease into the weekend with an evening yoga practice followed by a warm, abundant vegetarian dinner. Think produce straight from the on-site garden and eggs from the neighboring farm. Each morning, coffee, tea, and fresh fruit will be waiting before practice, just enough to ease you in gently. Saturday begins with a morning yoga and meditation class, followed by a leisurely brunch once we're off the mat. You'll then have time to relax and explore the land — whether walking the trails, enjoying the lake, or simply unwinding in the quiet beauty of the farm. A light lunch is served midday, followed by more free time before we come back together for an evening practice and another nourishing dinner. And of course, there's always s'mores by the fire to end the night. On Sunday, we'll follow the same gentle morning rhythm — coffee, tea, and fruit before our final yoga session, then one last brunch together before packing up and departing around noon, grounded, refreshed, and reconnected to yourself and one another.

❋ 4 Yoga Classes

Each Yoga practice will be tailored to the needs of the group and held outside (weather permitting). Morning sessions will generally be Vinyasa-based, while evening practices will be slower and more restorative. Expect hands-on assists, creative prop use, and techniques for self-massage and breath-work woven throughout.

❋ Farm-to-Table Meals

All meals are included and vegetarian, prepared with care using as much produce from the on-site garden as possible — nourishing, delicious, and abundant. A whole two nights and three days of not having to think about what to eat, cook, or clean up!

Every meal is an opportunity to slow down, share good food and even better conversation. Our intention is that retreaters feel cared for and nourished.
