Operating Policies

Cancellation policy: Ellie Conrad Massage + Yoga requires 48 hours' notice for cancellation with the exception of sickness, covid exposure or childcare emergency. Last minute cancellations or missed appointments will be charged for the full service. This fee must be paid prior to booking your next appointment. This policy also applies to appointments booked with gift certificates.

Late Arrivals: Late arrivals will not receive an extension of the scheduled massage. The client is responsible for the full fee of the scheduled appointment regardless of the length of the session.

In the Event of illness: If you are experiencing cold or flu-like symptoms, have had a fever in the last 24 hours, or have been in contact with anyone is the last 5 days who has been diagnosed with, or has Covid-19 type symptoms please Text ahead to cancel your appointment. In the event of illness, symptoms, possible exposure to COVID-19, or emergency, the cancellation policy will be waived. I will also cancel if I am ill at no charge to the client. Please err on the side of caution.

Massage is contraindicated for the following conditions: Fever; Contagious diseases, including any cold or flu, no matter how mild it may seem; Under the influence of drugs or alcohol – including prescription pain medication; Recent operations or acute injuries; Neuritis; Skin diseases; First trimester of pregnancy.

Arrival Procedure: I will text the phone number I have on file about 10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment to confirm your arrival and will then meet you downstairs to welcome you to the space.

Covid-19 Policies and Expectations: Proof of vaccination is not required. Masks are not required. Should there be a peak in Covid cases, Ellie reserves the right to request that all clients wear a mask.
